I’m a writer, podcaster, and creative producer dedicated to amplifying independent voices and community-driven media. As a driving force behind Radio Access, I believe deeply in the power of local storytelling—whether that story comes through music, conversation, or the unexplained.
I have self-published 2 books and plan on publishing more. I usually write science fiction, but as of late I’ve been writing for writing competitions to help expand my repertoire of genres. It really has help me grow as a writer.
With a background in podcasting, I host and produce multiple shows that explore culture, creativity, and the paranormal, most notably ParaTruth: Reborn. I, also, host and produce Dakota Produce LIVE!, which is a show dedicated to premiering local musicians and their work. We are currently looking at re-branding that show, so any suggestions can be submitted to info@radioaccess.org. My work blends curiosity with critical thinking, inviting audiences to question, explore, and engage rather than simply consume.
Beyond the microphone, I am an advocate for accessible media. Radio Access reflects his commitment to giving creators—especially local artists, musicians, and podcasters—a platform to be heard. Whether mentoring new hosts, building out studio spaces, or experimenting with new formats, he approaches media as a collaborative ecosystem rather than a one-way broadcast. One show that has really been an honor to mentor is The Aiden Halen Show, which is hosted by a young man who has a love for 80s rock music! Unique? You betcha!
I’ve also had the opportunity to work on my wife’s, Shelly Sayler, show, Nodakian After-Hours. It’s increased my knowledge of production to include video, where before it was only audio. I’ve learned to get good shots with cameras, record video and audio separately, and to combine them together for a finished project. It’s amazing to see that she has grown so much to include doing a TV show to her resume.
At its core, my mission is simple: create space for voices that matter, stories that challenge us, and conversations that connect people—locally and beyond. If you have music you want to hear on air or want to do a show with Radio Access, definitely reach out at info@radioaccess.org, and I’d love to help make that a reality.
